Our gold-plated stainless steel products are resistant to scratches and impacts. Their high-quality gold plating keeps them shiny over time and prevents discoloration. To extend their lifespan, we recommend avoiding contact with chemicals. Simply wipe them regularly with a soft cloth to maintain their shine.
How long is the warranty, and what does it cover? ▼
The warranty lasts for 6 months from the delivery date and can be used once. All parts of the product, except those used for opening and closing, are covered against tarnishing and color changes. Damage caused by improper use is excluded. Contact with sulfurous or thermal water, harsh chemicals, loss of stones, breakage, and deformation are not covered. Products that meet the warranty conditions will be exchanged; refunds are not available.
What are your return and exchange conditions? ▼
Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery, provided the product is sent back for an exchange. The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging and all contents. Customers cover shipping costs for exchanges; we cover shipping costs for faulty products. Returns are only available for faulty or damaged products. Items in the costume jewelry and earrings categories cannot be exchanged.
