FerizZ Jewelry stands behind the quality of every product we sell. All jewelry purchased from our store comes with a warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
Warranty Period
The warranty period is 2 (two) years from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

How to Claim Warranty

We will review your claim and provide instructions for returning the item. Once received and verified, we will repair or replace the product and return it to you free of charge.
