ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose specifications and sales price are stated below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the {FIRMAUNVAN} website belonging to the SELLER, in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1- The BUYER declares that they have read and are informed about the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery of the product subject to the agreement on the {FIRMAUNVAN} website, and that they have provided the required confirmation electronically.
4.2- The product subject to the agreement shall be delivered, not exceeding the legal 30-day period, to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated by the BUYER, within the period announced in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence.
4.3- If the product subject to the agreement is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER shall not be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered refuses to accept the delivery.
4.4- The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the agreement intact, complete, in conformity with the specifications stated in the order, and together with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
4.5- For the delivery of the product subject to the agreement, it is mandatory that a signed copy of this agreement has been delivered to the SELLER and the price has been paid by the BUYER's preferred payment method. If the product price is not paid for any reason or is cancelled in bank records, the SELLER shall be deemed relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.
4.6- After delivery of the product, if the relevant bank or financial institution fails to pay the product price to the SELLER due to unauthorized or unlawful use of the BUYER's credit card without fault of the BUYER, the product must be returned to the SELLER within 3 days, provided it has been delivered. In such case, shipping costs shall be borne by the BUYER.
4.7- If the SELLER cannot deliver the product on time due to force majeure events or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or transport disruptions that prevent shipping, the SELLER is obliged to notify the BUYER. In such case, the BUYER may cancel the order, request a replacement product, or postpone delivery until the obstacle is removed.
ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without any justification and without any penalty.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Products prepared in accordance with the BUYER's special requests or personal needs,
- Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after the packaging has been opened by the BUYER,
- Products that deteriorate quickly or have an expiration date.
ARTICLE 6 - EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified in writing within 14 days. In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product shall be returned to the SELLER within 10 days. The product must be returned complete and undamaged, together with its invoice and packaging. If the invoice was issued to a corporate entity, the return must be sent along with a return invoice issued by the institution. Returns without a return invoice will not be accepted. The shipping cost for the returned product shall be borne by the SELLER, unless the returned product is found to be damaged or in a condition that cannot be returned.
ARTICLE 7 - COMPETENT COURT
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, and Consumer Courts in the residence of the SELLER or the BUYER, are authorized. When the order is placed, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement.
